Damaged or Lost Items:
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or any information about the lost package, and we'll guide you through the return process.
Personalized Items:
Due to the custom nature of our engraved products, we generally don't accept returns or exchanges. Once an item is engraved, the design cannot be reversed.
